Poker raises specific in-session questions — disconnections, hand history disputes, chip count discrepancies. These are the three support paths we keep open specifically for situations that arise during a poker session.

Live Chat During a Hand If you disconnect mid-hand or notice a bet-sizing error, live chat connects you to an agent in under two minutes. The agent can pull the hand history from our server log while you are still in the conversation.

Hand History Disputes Every hand dealt on our tables is logged with a unique ID. Submit the hand ID through your account dashboard and our poker team reviews the action record, pot calculation and rake deduction within 24 hours.

Account & Chip Queries Chip balance discrepancies or tournament re-buy questions go to our email queue tagged 'Poker'. Responses arrive within a few hours and include a transaction reference so you can track the resolution in your account.

We apply certified random-number generation, independent hand verification and a published rake schedule to every table in our poker lobby.

Card distribution on every table uses a certified random-number generator. Shuffle algorithms are tested by an independent technical auditor before any new poker variant goes live in our lobby.

Published Rake Schedule

Our rake rates — the percentage we take from each pot — are listed in your account under Table Info. There are no hidden fees added at cashout; what the schedule shows is what we collect.

Hand History Access

Every hand you play is stored in your account history for 90 days. You can export the log in standard HH format and review it with third-party hand-analysis tools at any point.

Anti-Collusion Monitoring

Our system flags unusual betting coordination between accounts at the same table. Flagged sessions are reviewed by our poker integrity team within 48 hours and accounts are actioned if collusion is confirmed.

Live Studio Certification

Live dealer poker streams come from studios that hold active content certification. Camera angles and card-reveal sequences are contractually defined so the deal is always visible to every seated player.

Disconnection Protection

If your connection drops during an active hand, disconnection protection holds your last legal action for up to 60 seconds while the system attempts to reconnect — so a network blip does not force an automatic fold.
